How it works
1. Launch
A creator launches a token in one transaction. It deploys a fixed-supply ERC-20 (1,000,000,000 tokens, 18 decimals) and puts it on its own bonding curve. The launch fee is 0.0005 ETH.
The creator can buy in the same transaction (the launch buy). It can be any size short of graduating the token; a launch buy that would graduate it reverts the whole launch. The token page shows how much of the supply the creator holds.
The token contract has no owner, no minting after launch, no pause, no blacklist and no transfer tax.
2. The bonding curve
The first 800M tokens are sold on a bonding curve. The price rises as people buy and falls as they sell. The curve holds the buyers' ETH until graduation.
Every buy and sell on the curve pays a 1% fee in ETH. Part of it goes to the token's creator.
3. Graduation
When the curve has raised 5 ETH, the buy that reaches it graduates the token in the same transaction:
- The buy fills up to the curve's last token; any ETH left over is refunded to the buyer.
- The raised ETH and the 200M reserved tokens go into the token's Uniswap v3 pool (1% fee tier, paired with WETH) at the curve's last price.
- The pool position is locked forever in the LiquidityLocker. No one can withdraw it.
There is no admin step and no migration wait. From then on the token trades on Uniswap.
Before graduation the pool is closed: no one can send the token to its pool address, so the token can't trade on Uniswap early.
Selling can never be paused
The CurveFactory has a pause switch. It stops new launches and curve buys only. Selling on the curve always works, paused or not. After graduation the token trades on Uniswap, which we don't control.
Launch protection
For the first 60 seconds after launch, no wallet can hold more than 2% of supply (20,000,000 tokens). A buy or transfer that would take a wallet over the cap reverts.
- The creator's launch buy in the launch transaction is exempt. Any later buy by the creator inside the window is capped like everyone else's.
- In the launch transaction itself, no one but the creator can take tokens off the curve.
- Selling is never restricted.
Health Score
Every token gets a Health Score from 0 to 100, so buyers can judge it at a glance. It is worked out from on-chain data:
- Liquidity locked: how much ETH sits in the locked pool.
- Creator history: the creator's past launches and whether they were dumped.
- Holder spread: how many holders there are, how much the top 10 hold, and how much early buyers hold.
- Creator selling: whether the creator has sold this token.
- Trading activity: volume in the last 24 hours.
Trending ranks tokens by health-weighted volume, so wash trading can't push a weak token to the top.
Depth Levels
After graduation, a token climbs five Depth Levels as ETH builds up in its locked pool. Past the first level, each one also needs a trust check, so ETH alone can't buy a level. A level, once reached, stays reached.
| Level | ETH in the pool | Trust check | ≈ market cap* |
|---|---|---|---|
| Surface | 8 | none | 64 ETH |
| Shelf | 12 | 25+ holders | 144 ETH |
| Deepwater | 16 | No creator sell for 24h | 256 ETH |
| Trench | 24 | Health Score 70+ | 576 ETH |
| Bedrock | 32 | Creator holds 90+ days | 1,024 ETH |
*For a token that graduated from the curve, from trading alone. The token page always shows the real market cap. On testnet every ETH amount is 1/100 of these.
Ignition hour
The first 60 minutes after a launch are its Ignition hour. The token page shows the hour live: buys, ETH in, new holders, the biggest buy, and a heat meter that goes from Smoldering to Warming up, Hot, On fire and Blazing as buys per minute rise. A token that ends the hour with at least 10 buys gets the Ignited stamp.
Passport
Every wallet has a Passport: a public record of the launches it created and how they ended, its trades and profit and loss, and its creator fee claims. Launches and claims are read from chain data, so creators can't edit them. A Passport is one record across every chain.
Feed
The Feed shows posts and trades from the creators and traders you follow, and chats about the tokens you hold or star. Only a token's holders can post in its chat, and only its creator can post its updates.
